Will the product I receive have the same color and image shown on the website?
The product is as real as the picture. Colors in photos may have a slight difference compared to reality.
When will the product be out of stock?
Out-of-stock items will be updated in the product description.
Are products warranted?
Products before being sent to customers are thoroughly checked and are 100% new. That is why ERYS has no warranty for the product. We apologize and hope you sympathize.
If you believe an item you've purchased from us is faulty, incorrect or you're missing an item, contact us at sales@erysstudios.com with images of the fault. All claims need to be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
