RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations up to 24 hours after purchase. Your order will be canceled and refunded to your original form of payment. After 24 hours, all pre-order items are immediately moved to production, and in-stock styles are processed for shipment. Thereafter, we are not able to issue refunds/cancellations of any kind.
Please note that we will not be able to cancel an order if the order was already shipped.

If your order is a PRE-ORDER and less than 24 hours old, then contact sales@erysstudios.com to request your refund.


I want to return my purchase, what do I do?

If you believe that your item is faulty or the items did not fit , please send an email to sales@erysstudios.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Once you have sent us an email, we will contact you with details of your return so that you can send your item(s) back to us. 

Erys Studio only accepts returns that are still in  their original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags attached. Items stained with makeup, tanning products, the smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant, or body odor will not be accepted, please take care when trying on your garments. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in its original condition. 


I want to exchange my purchase, what do I do?

If you would like to exchange your product for a different style or size, please send an email to sales@erysstudios.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Once you have sent us an email, we will contact you with details of your exchange so that you can send your item(s) back to us and we can send you your desired items.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Can I return or exchange my purchase if it was on sale or discounted?

We do not accept returns and exchanges of purchases that used a discount code or that were on sale. 

Discount codes can not be applied after the customer has checked out.

Discounts can not be applied to past orders.

Does Erys Studio ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We ship worldwide through DHL Express, EMS Express

 

What currency does Erys Studio charge?

All purchases are charged in US Dollars (USD). 


Where does Erys Studio ship from?

All orders are shipped from Ho Chi Minh City, VIETNAM.


When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 2-5 days from the date of the purchase. Shipping duration may vary due to customs delays or holds and the availability of the merchandise. As soon as your order is shipped, you can check the status of your order on our website or send us an email to receive your tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

Our estimated time for international delivery is around 2-8 business days via DHL Express. However, this may vary depending on your country's customs policy.


ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.


PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT HELD LIABLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY, HOLDING TIMES, OR INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED. ALLOW 48 HOURS OF PROCESSING YOUR ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND/OR CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT.


My package is stolen, what do I do?

Erys Studio will not be responsible for stolen or missing packages if the address you provided us is identical to the address we put through DHL Express. If you believe we made a mistake on your address, please send us an email with evidence through sales@erysstudios.com. 


PRE-ORDER SHIPMENTS

When will I receive my pre-ordered item(s)?

Your pre-order shipment will be made once the merchandise is available. We will send an email to notify you of the exact date of the shipment. Pre-order item(s) cannot be refunded or canceled. If you made an order with pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship your order all at once when the pre-order item arrives. 


CUSTOMIZED AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS

All customized/initialed/personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable (personalized items can take up to 1-3 weeks to be shipped). Please note that if your order also contains an in-stock item, it will ship all at once when your customized item is completed. Please email sales@erysstudios.com for any further questions.
